Before approximately a month from the launch of Windows 10, details about the next Microsoft OS are becoming more accurate. While we could discover in a while ago the official desktop background of Windows 10, we know now the mode of distribution of this operating system. For the first time ever, Windows 10 will be distributed on a USB flash drive.
The information does not officially come from Microsoft but several trustworthy sources claim that Windows 10 will be delivered on USB flash drive. The first source is the American journalist Paul Thurrott who is a Microsoft specialist that posted on Twitter last week: "In fact, it seems that Microsoft will sell Windows 10 on a USB in stores". Paul Thurrott has often made revelations about Microsoft that proved accurate.
The second source is an American retailer that has referenced in advance two products called "Windows 10 Home USB Flash Drive " and "Windows 10 Professional USB Flash Drive."
For the first time in its history, Windows released is going to come on a USB flash drive. But when you think about it, this seems quite logical for two reasons. First, CD players are increasingly rare on modern computers.
Second, even if Windows 10 is available online for download, everyone is not necessarily a fund of downloads. If the younger generations are more comfortable with online purchase method, the older ones still prefer to go through the market checkbox. And others around the world have no other choice then, since their connection to the internet is not sufficient to download the OS in a reasonable time.
By choosing a USB flash drive, Microsoft will have made the choice to reach a larger number of customers. It must be said that the stakes are extremely substantial for the Redmond company -Microsoft-, it have bet largely on its new OS Windows 10 and any failure would be a real disaster.
